Tell us about your pet and add a personal note. We use those details to create a real, personalized postcard from your pet to their mystery pen pal. We handle the printing, postage, and mailing for both sides of the match.

Scan the QR code on your pet's postcard to unlock their reveal and discover the friend behind the TailMail. Your pen pal does the same when their postcard arrives, so each side gets their own mailbox moment and surprise reveal.
Once both postcards are scanned, the friendship fully unlocks.
When both sides of the match have scanned their QR codes, a private chat fully unlocks between the two pen pals. From there, you can keep the friendship going, send each other TailMail whenever you want, or join another exchange to meet someone new.
