Deleting your MyTailMail account
You can delete your account and your pets' profiles at any time, from inside the app.
How to delete your account
1. Open MyTailMail and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete my account and follow the confirmation.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted
Your parent profile and every pet profile, their photos, your posts and comments in the Yard, your stamps, your saved postal address, and your sign-in credentials. Your conversations are closed and the other person is told the account was deleted.
What we keep, and why
Records of emails we sent you, and any safety reports other members filed about your account — otherwise deleting an account would erase the reports against it. Orders and exchanges you paid for are kept as financial records but are detached from your name and email. Payment details are held by Stripe, our payment processor, never by us.
If you can't sign in
Email hello@mytailmail.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you. We may ask a question only the account holder could answer, so that nobody else can request deletion on your behalf.
